We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help scale our digital solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing client communication, and expanding our presence across freelance and professional platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue potential business leads across LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.

  • Write compelling Upwork proposals and project bids tailored to client requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with internal design, tech, and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations.

  • Understand client goals and offer solutions aligned with the company’s digital and development capabilities.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new industries, and potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools.

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with leads via email, LinkedIn, and freelance portals.

  • Represent the company in online meetings, discovery calls, and networking events.

  • Provide structured feedback to the marketing team to improve outreach and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong proposal writing and client engagement abilities, especially on Upwork and similar platforms.

  • Proven understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead generation tools, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable project briefs.

  • Basic understanding of IT, web development, and digital marketing services.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
