Lead development and architecture of mobile applications across Android, iOS, and cross-platform.

Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality through reviews.

Mentor and guide the mobile development team.

Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize app performance.

Drive sprint planning, estimation, app releases, and documentation.

Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies for adoption.

Support the team in building and maintaining mobile applications.

Participate in architecture and design discussions.

Maintain documentation for app architecture and updates.

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure high-quality UI/UX.

Android: Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Android SDK & NDK, Coroutines, DI (Hilt/Dagger/Koin), Networking (Retrofit/Ktor), Firebase, Bluetooth/BLE integration.

iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, REST/GraphQL integration, Apple HIG, app lifecycle understanding.

Cross-Platform (Preferred): Flutter (Dart), React Native.

Exposure to backend (Node.js/Laravel) for API integration.

Knowledge of MDM, Device Owner Mode, Kiosk apps.

Experience with Play Store & App Store release processes.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Jira/Zoho.

Strong debugging, architecture design, and documentation abilities.

Strong team leadership, mentoring, and clear communication.

Problem-solving, decision-making, organized, and process-driven mindset.
