Responsibilities

  • Identify potential IT projects on Upwork and submit winning bids.

  • Craft personalized, professional proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and follow up on bids.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Maintain a high Upwork Job Success Score by ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in bidding on Upwork, preferably in IT services (web development, mobile apps, software solutions).

  • Proven track record of winning projects through well-written proposals.

  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Basic technical knowledge in web development, mobile apps, or IT solutions.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and project scopes.
