Identify potential IT projects on Upwork and submit winning bids.
Craft personalized, professional proposals tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and follow up on bids.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain a high Upwork Job Success Score by ensuring client satisfaction.
1+ year of experience in bidding on Upwork, preferably in IT services (web development, mobile apps, software solutions).
Proven track record of winning projects through well-written proposals.
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
Ability to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic technical knowledge in web development, mobile apps, or IT solutions.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and project scopes.
